Medications are personally delivered by your dedicated and accredited Quality Pharmacy professional. Your weekly pharmacy supply includes multi-dose or unit-dose packing of medications in compliance with Medical Practitioners orders and packed in accordance with strict pharmaceutical guidelines. The pharmacist is available to answer any facility staff, resident or authorised family member questions that may arise in regards to the medication.

Weekly Reviews
The Quality Pharmacy pharmacist conducts weekly medication chart reviews to ensure that medication orders are correct, any late changes have been made and anything that looks different from previous supply is queried and checked with the relevant facility staff member or Medical Practitioner.

A Streamlined Process
Quality Pharmacy Group systems and processes are designed to streamline communication and reduce the risk of errors that can arise at multiple points in the medication supply process such as prescribing, ordering, dispensing, delivery, administering, charging and handling of returned medicines. The Quality Pharmacy pharmacist monitors prescriptions against the resident's history to avoid allergic reactions, incorrect medications or supply of medicines that interact with each other.
